Homestead-Miami: John Wyckoff Wins the 2009B Sprint Cup Series Championship. Wyckoff led 57* laps en route to his 3rd Chase Win, First career Sprint Cup Series Championship neither of which came with at Homestead Speedway Thursday night. When the sole Race caution fell with less than 10 to go Wyckoff stopped for tires, and fuel, while Several others rolled the dice staying out for the short haul. With 7 laps to go then Points leader Danny Coral was 2nd, While Wyckoff restarted 9th. Coral needed to beat Wyckoff by a 3 car separation to collect his 2nd career Sprint Cup Championship. At the Stripe, with two to go Wyckoff pulled along side Coral repossessing the Championship as fast as he gave it away nine laps earlier. Points racing, or Playing it Safe wasn't how the 39 Team raced in 2009. Once Wyckoff cleared Coral, he let it hang high, and outside passing race leader Jeff Marble for the Win. Wyckoff collected 3 Wins, and Six Top 5 finishes in his First Sprint Cup Championship bid. Danny Coral collected one Victory, 8 Top 5's, and a 2.8 average Chase Finishing position falling just 36 points short of Wyckoff's Championship Run. Congratulations John Wyckoff!

Nationwide Series News: 2/5/10 Jeff Marble collected his First career Nationwide Series Championship. Marble collected 3-Wins, 6-Top 5's, and had an overall 5.2 average finishing position in the 2009 Winter Nationwide Series. Richie Coy finished 2nd just 47 points back, and Jerry Lepage came home 3rd in the 2009 Nationwide points. Congratulations Jeff Marble!
All-American News: 1/18/10 Chuck Darling goes back to back after winning the Lucas Oil 150 at Music City Motorplex. Fresh off his Win at Motor Mile Speedway, Known as "The Flounder", Darling has moved to within 33 points of Series Leader Richie Coy heading into New Smyrna this week.
