Sprint Cup Series Weekly Report Kentucky Speedway- July 7th, 2016: Jay Neels Wins the Season Finale Quaker State 400 at the Kentucky Speedway. Despite falling just a few Championship points shy, Neels led a race high 70 laps en route to his 2nd Win of the Season. Kevin Timpke finished 2nd while Jeff Marble came home 3rd. Finishing 4th and capturing his 2nd career Sprint Cup title was Chevy driver Sherwood Williford. Jerry Lepage rounded out the Quaker State Top-5 at Kentucky this week. Daytona International Speedway- April 28, 2016: Sherwood Williford Wins the Coke Zero 400 at Daytona International Speedway. Sherwood flexed his plate Track muscle by leading a race high 52 laps en-route to his 5th Win of the Season. David Hensley finished 2nd, while Mr. Andy Margo Came home 3rd. Tony 'Bologna' Solare was 4th, and Rookie driver Lee Surber rounded out the Coke Zero Top-5 this week at Daytona.Infineon Raceway- June 23, 2016: Jerry Lepage Wins the Toyota/Savemart 250 at Infineon Raceway in Sanoma, California. Lepage once again dominated Infineon leading 39 laps collecting his 3rd Win of the Season. Kevin Timpke finished 2nd while Sherwood Williford cruised home 3rd. Jeff Marble was 4th, and Jay Neels rounded our the Toyota/Savemart Top-5 this week. Michigan International Speedway- June 9th, 2016: Sherwood Williford Wins the Firekeepers Casino 400 at Michigan International Speeway. Holding off a pack of hungry challengers, Williford led the final 11 laps en-route to his 4th Win of the Season. Jeff Marble finished 2nd while Kevin Timpke came home 3rd. Jerry Lepage finished 4th, while Reggie Alcatraz rounded out the FirekeepersTop-5 at Michigan this week. Las The Pocono Raceway - June 2nd, 2016: Kevin Timpke Wins the AXALTA We paint Winners 400 at The Pocono Racweway. Sitting 3rd during a final lap Tunnel Turn dust up, Timpke pounced the lead for the final 3 turns on way to the Checkers and collecting his 2nd Win of the Season. Dave Hensley posted a season high 2nd place finish while Jay Neels came home 3rd. Mr. Andy Margo was 4th, and Brad Cornthwaite rounded out the AXALTA Top-5 at Pocono this week.Charlotte Motor Speedway- May 26th, 2016: Brad Cornthwaite Wins The Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Cornthwaite took command with 33 to go never looking back en-route to his 2nd win of the Season. Danny Coral was 2nd while Jery Lepage came home 3rd. Jeff Marble finished 4th, and Andy 'The Mongoose'Ticco rounded out the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Top-5 this week. Dover International Speedway- May 12th, 2016: Mr. Andy Margo Wins the Kat-Mallory Memorial 400 at Dover International Speedway. Mr. Margo opened the 2016A Chase by backing up his 2015 Dover Win in Dominating fasion. Andy played Chase spoiler leading 151 laps en-route to his first Win of th Season. Jay Neels finished 2nd, while Jeff marble came home 3rd. Jerry Lepage was 4th, and Sherwood Williford rounds out the Kat-Mallory Memorial Top-5 this week.
2015-B Series Headlines. Homestead-Miami Speedway- November 22, 2015: Jay Neels Wins the 2015-B Sprint Cup Series Championship. Needing the season finale Win, Neels delivered a "walk-off" by leading the most laps and edging 5-Time Series Champion Jerry Lepage to earn his First career Nascar Sprint Cup Series Championship.. Congratulations Jay Neels!
Homestead-Miami-February 15, 2013: Brad Cornthwaite Collects First career Title by Winning the Fall/Winter Series Truck Season. Needing every Spot Heading into Homestead Cornthwaite finished just ahead of Jerry Lepage capturing his First career Championship at The BullRing. Cornthwaite collected 2-Wins, 8 Top-5's and 12 Top-10's in his First career Championship bid. Congratulations Brad Cornthwaite!
